The Clifton Centre, Bicester – Repairs to Flat Roof

The building was built with a flat floor roof, a partial repair was carried out due to a leak several years ago, but the roof now leaks in several places and to avoid internal damage to the building needs to have a complete refit to maintain the fabric of the building for the users.
