The Conrad Hall, Bishopsbourne - Disabled toilet, access and windows

The aim of the project is for the provision of disabled wc facilities and the replacement of the existing timber single glazed windows. Access to the wc will need to be improved for wheelchairs and the rear door (access) will also need to be moved and replaced.
