The Courthouse Bushmills Shared Space Creative Hub

This application requests funds towards two specific elements of the larger heritage led restoration project at The Bushmills Courthouse, a Grade B1 listed building located at 75 Main Street Bushmills. The restoration of the Courthouse aims to repurpose this historic building and develop a vibrant creative hub, enhancing its cultural and historical value and making it suitable for delivery of community activities. When completed the restored Courthouse and new build extension to the rear of the Courthouse, will provide retail space, heritage interpretation space, café, business workshops and community space for delivery of events, creative and heritage programs, and creative arts workshops. This specific request for funds, is specifically for the capital costs of the restoration and installation of the ceilings and limestone flooring in the Heritage Building.
