The Dartington Gateway Project

The aims of the project are to:
1) Undertake specific environmental conservation activities in support of a number of objectives and targets of national and local biodiversity action plans, in such a way as to introduce systematic and lasting improvements in the planning and management of activities relating to biodiversity on the Dartington Hall estate
2) Increase environmental interpretation on the estate and improve public understanding of environmental issues
3) Increase provision for conservation volunteering and training opportunities at Dartington, particularly for members of the local community
