The Don War Memorial & Veterans Hub CIC

To bring back into use a closed, run-down building in a high area of disadvantage and create a free museum housing WWI and WWII memorabelia, including items donated by the Victoria Cross Trust, Doncaster due to their closure. The museum will be open to the public and will incorporate a school for educational visits taught by ex-veteran volunteers, BLESMA, PILGRIM BANDITS among others. Provide a hub for the elderly and veterans, homeless people that will include free tea & coffee, provision of warm clothing, food, blankets & sleeping bags. Provide a sunday lunch club and Bacon Butty Breky each Wednesday for the community Continue with a shoe box appeal and Christmas 'sending out' gifts among other ventures
