The Edge – roof, windows and doors

Renovation of The Edge, a former industrial unit used as a community space. This includes:Making good the building’s flat roof which we understand to be around forty years old and at the end of its functional lifespan, to prevent damage to contents and structure;Replacing the first floor windows (which are original single-glazed windows in seriously delapidated wooden frames) with modern double glazing;And insulating and making secure the ground floor main door and bay door. The main door is currently insecure and has a step that makes disabled access difficult, and the bay door admits water and loses heat.
