Provision of high quality community venue at affordable prices. State of the art conference / meeting facility with break -out – rooms, toilets, tea / coffee point, shared commuity workspace etc for social enterprises, voluntary sector, not- for – profit organisations and community groups. Building will include wide range of environmentally sustainable features: triple glazing, high level insulation, dual flush toilets, rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling, photovoltaic panels and ground source heat pump. All facilities fully accessible building in town centre. Surplus from rentals of affordable workspace will subsidise community use of facilities.
