The Farmland Museum

To install a new septic tank at the Farmland Museum so that visitors, volunteers and staff can rely on a reliable and modern wastewater treatment system. The present tank is broken, filling with groundwater and frequently reaching capacity, meaning that toilets have to be closed. The tank will be replaced and the area will be landscaped, fenced and interpretation will be added to explain what has been done. We have around 10,000 visitors per year and many visits by groups such as schools, and good toilet facilities are essential.
