The Green House Bristol – Capital Development Project

The £10k grant requested will be used specifically for the development and redecoration of the community meeting room. This will involve partitioning to create a self-contained room with a new separate entrance, adjoining disabled bathroom and upgraded kitchen. The room will be open for bookings by the general public and other local organisations.
Our requested grant will contribute towards the capital costs of renovating St Agnes Lodge. This refurbishment project will transform the currently disused building into a bespoke therapy centre. The project will create a safe and nurturing environment with 4 purpose-built counselling rooms, an additional children’s therapy room, facilities for people with disabilities and a welcoming reception area. This will involve the following construction elements:
• maintenance and redecoration e.g. minor repairs to roofs, windows and decor
