The Harper Street Hub Project

This project will renovate 11 red brick Victorian workers houses on Harper Street – the only row of former workers houses in the Trent and Mersey Canal Conservation Area not to have been either demolished or modernised for residential use and which otherwise would most certainly be demolished. The renovated properties will be converted for use as an interpreted pottery workers house, rentable office spaces, and artisan craft units, a purpose built collections store and archive for Middleport Pottery and a community centre.
