The Hub: Creating a Shared Community Space in Redland, Bristol, Girlguiding Bristol and South Gloucestershire

This is a project to transform a cold, dark, inflexible facility, not suitable for visitors with access issues, into a vibrant community hub. It will create an office/reception with CCTV/intercom to improve security; a large multi-functional hall with new skylights, insulation and an open plan kitchenette; two smaller, private meeting rooms to the rear of the building; and DDA compliant bathroom facilities. ECT is being approached to fund the kitchenette.
