The Joseph Project, Beulah Family Church

A community partnership development to provide a community cafe and special needs centre, incorporating offices, meeting and activity rooms, kitchen and toilets, together with associated external works and services. LTCS money will only be spent on the areas that are open and accessible to the general public for booking. This does not include office spaces.
