A feasibility study carried out in 2004 concluded that the whole building is in desparate need of repair and refurbishment, external fabric to be re-newed/replaced, a modern heating system to be installed and changes made to the interior layout in order to accommodate a range of new services to support the existing provision for the many community groups currently using Kepier Hall
