The LEAP Centre – Refurb

The LEAP Centre is a large, victorian house of local historic significance. It is not a listed building. The property is owned by the charity and whilst some improvements have been undertaken, the centre is desperate for further improvement to ensure a safe, accessible and sustainable community asset. New sustainable flooring to all areas of the centre, to replace existing carpets which are worn, stained and rippled. Purchase and fitting of new custom-made front door to replace the existing hardwood door which is in a state of disrepair. Removal of old door will be required, which can be used as salvaged wood. Purchase and fitting of new fire exit door to the rear of the building as the existing door is old and showing signs of needing replacing. Replacement of large front window, which is beyond repair and doesn’t shield from the wind and cold weather. This replacement will make the room usable all year round and benefit the organisation and communities we support.
