The Long Water, Kensington Gardens – Reedbed creation

To improve the biodiversity value of Kensington Gardens by creating a new 150 m² linear reedbed area in the Long Water (flowing into the Serpentine). This will be protected by a waterfowl predation fence for one year whilst the reedbeds establish. A tern raft will also be provided to encourage breeding usage by visiting Common Terns.
