The Magic of Marl Pits, Halsall

The aim of the project is to improve the access to two recently restored marl pit ponds. The West Lancs Wildlife Group will create a path linking the two ponds which connects to the wider public footpath network. Three information panels will be installed at the ponds. The ponds on are on a popular local walk that links with the nearby Gorse Hill Nature Reserve and the route will be waymarked as part of the project.
