The Market Place, Leeds - Building Renovation

The Market Place needs to relocate to more accessible and appropriate premises in a better location that can meet the diverse needs of the organisation. The grant will contribute towards the new premises, located centrally in Leeds City Centre, being renovated and refurbished with a focus on access, being fit for purpose and building capacity. Specifically, a new lift will be fitted that is DDA compliant and the building will be refurbished to make the best use of the space.
