The Meadows – Queens Walk Pavilion

Construction of replacement pavilion extension.

The applicants wish to build a new extension, which will double the floor area compared to the current building by extending forward towards the bowls green and enclosing the current entrance areas to the toilets.

The building will be of masonry construction, with a flat roof – as the rest of the building. Insulation will be built into the floor, walls and ceiling. A wall will partition the meeting room from the toilets/office entrances and the window area will be maximised. Steel shutters will be installed to cover when not in use.
