The Net Loft Restoration Project

This project will repair and consolidate the Grade II Listed Net Loft in Polperro. The capital work will include rebuilding parts of the structure and building fabric which are in urgent need of restoration and repointing. New windows and shutters will be installed and a new roof of local reclaimed Delabole slate will be constructed with solar PV slates on the south facing side. The new roof will protect the future of the building and interiors and the windows will provide greater security. The solar PV slates will provide energy neutral low key lighting for the building to become accessible and used more flexibly.Repairs to the listed building will be carried out by a highly skilled and experienced in-house conservation Building Team who will work in full view of the public.
