The Pelham Hotel, Bexhill-on-Sea - New Community Hub (1835/D/TP)

The project aim is to undertake the refurbishment of the Pelham, which is a large structure and bring it to a usable state. The work will be undertaken in a number of stages. The first phase of work is to make the building structurally sound. Phase two will fit out the ground floor creating hospitality/meeting rooms, servery and WC’s for all visitors. All of these areas will provide a community hub for use by the wider community. The Trust grant will contribute towards the structural repairs and first floor refurbishment.
