The Pelham Refurbishment Project

The aims of this project is to fully open the ground floor of the community centre to improve the facilities for the community at The Pelham. This includes renovating the Function room in which The Pelham will provide activities and services for the local community, as well as an accessible and rentable room. This phase also includes the new kitchen, which we are creating to provide catering for the community and to use it as a resource to run cooking classes and education towards healthy cooking and eating. This will increase the capacity of what The Pelham can achieve as a charity and lastly by replacing the 1st and 2nd floor windows, which are rotton, we can provide a safe, secure and warm environment to welcome people in to. This will help to further enhance this project as a unique opportunity and offering in the local area.
