The Playclose enhancement project

The aim of this project is to increase accessibility across The Playclose, an enclosed green space in Blewbury, by improving the boundary to the north by laying the existing hedge.

As part of this wider project, we also intend to improve the surface of the footpaths through the Playclose, and to conserve and enhance nature by planting new native shrubs, a new wildflower bed and appropriate tree management over the stream.

All of this to ensure the area is in the best condition to provide access and enjoyment now and for generations to come.
