Repairs to road-fronted, rear façade of building to re-instate lintels and rebuild parapet masonry and fit new lead flashings to roof.

Internal re-structuring
Re-structuring of box office to create mobile counter and more space in foyer; creation of office from storeroom; making good all internal walls; creation of new opening and doors to foyer; electrics including lighting to box office; tables and chairs for customer seating area.
