The Re-opening of Bramley Lawn

Bramley Lawn (a currently unused, former day care centre building) will be re-opened as a community centre. This project specifically involves renovation / repair works to enable the facility to be opened to the general public. Works include essential works highlighted in the building survey, plumbing and central heating improvements, electrical works, decorating and also include Project Management fees (maximum 10%).
