The Riverside Park – St Neots

Riverside Park is a vitally important public green space within the very heart of St Neots adjacent to the river Great Ouse. Within the park is a carpark, used by both visitors to the park and by shoppers.
The planted areas within the car park have suffered over the years from the public taking short cuts across them and the occasional car bumping over the kerbs into the plants.
This project, working with the long term unemployed, will install a paved edging and timber insert in order to create raised planting beds to improve the visual amenity of the area.
