The Saffron Walden Mini – skatepark

The Group aim to build a mini – skatepark for beginners and young children beside the main skatepark. The main skatepark is challenging and suitable for experienced and older skaters, however there are a growing number of inexperienced youngsters and beginners who need something more gentle until they find their feet. We also hope to provide paving, seating and bins to enable more parents and members of this community to view in comfort. We would also like to provide a pathway for the disabled users and viewers and some additional trees and hedges to enhance the area.
