The Science Garden

The aim of the project is to create a world class, iconic, outdoor science exhibition called The Science Garden. The Science Garden will consist of landscaping and large scale interactive exhibits and a range of learning activities will be run by Thinktank staff within the Science Garden. The Science Garden aims to provide unique opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to take part in educational, creative and fun and inspiring activities. The Science Garden will provide visitors and the local community based around Thinktank in inner city Birmingham with a safe and secure space for families and young people to gather, interact and play together. The Science Garden will focus on raising people’s awareness of and knowledge about renewable enery sources such as wind, solar, water and humans. The Science Garden aims to attract 250,000 visitors a year.
