The Settlement Wellbeing Centre, Birmingham – New community facility (007118)

The project is to erect a community ‘wellbeing centre’ to open the space up for all, including those who can’t access due to mobility, and need shelter, toilets and changing facilities.The vision is to create a secure space that will host a programme of sustainable community action activities including horticulture, forest schools, gardening, plus physical activity sessions; independent advice and support drop in services; one-off and formal learning opportunities; environmental learning and community engagement events.
