The Summer Camp for Girls, Wallasey – Facilities Improvement (50097/D)

The project aim is for an existing room currently unused will have the chimney breast removed, roof timbers checked and new ceiling put in. Requires new electrics and existing gas meter recited. The walls will be knocked back to brickwork and plastered. One door opening to be bricked up. Existing door to be widened for wheelchair access. Floor and walls to be tiled to wet room standards including all drainage. Toilet, washbasin and showerhead to be installed. To the rear where existing building taken down to floor level – this needs to be rebuilt to current building regulations including electrics.

The Trust grant will contribute towards the improvement of community facilities.
