The Test House for INnovation and Creativity Lab (THINC Lab)

The proposed project will involve the redesign of a unit in the Social Economy Village in Belfast that has been lying vacant and unused since 2009. This will change the unit from a light industrial use to an office/open plan work space (Test House for INnovation and Creativity Lab) which will incorporate an open plan ground floor space, a first floor glass enclosed meeting room, an informal meeting area and four pods. Global best practice models highlight how such use of space ‘changes behaviour’.
