The Well Upgrade

The project will replace the existing roof making the building better insulated and water tight for the foreseeable future. It will also replace the existing boilers with more efficient modern boilers so providing better heating ensuring a comfortable environment within the building for the groups which use it. This will enable us to continue to use the building as an asset to our local community and for us to increase its usage and to support more local people. The provision of the electric shutter will enable more people to be able to open the building for use allowing us to expand the times in which the building is used. The moveable partition in the large meeting room will enable us to use the space more flexibly and allow more groups to use the building at the same time.
