The Wilson Centre

The Wilson Centre is the community centre of the village of Long Newton and is a registered charity. It is at the heart of the village and is used by various groups on a regular basis for exercise sessions such as Tai Chi and Arts and Crafts.

A grant has been awarded for the group to provide a seating area for people who use the Centre to enjoy. The planting of varied shrubs along with a distinctive and attractive sitting area will greatly improve the ambiance and appearance of the Centre and provide a facility for all, particularly for the elderly from the village.
