The Windhill Forward Project

The replacement of an existing, delapidated, temporary structure that currently operates as a community centre for the area with a purpose designed building that will meet the needs of the community for many years to come. The new centre will be built to high environmental standards to improve sustainability and reduce negative environmental impacts.
