The Windmill One O’clock Club, Brixton – Building Renovation (007508)

The organisation have acquired a 10 year Lease from the Local Authority to use the building to run a diverse range of activities for the benefit of local people mostly socially, educationally and economically disadvantaged. On assessment of the building, it was found that in order to achieve the condition of the lease, some renovation works to the building was required to make it safe and fit for purpose. The improvements include
1. Two WCs and accessories (Toilet)
2. New fitted kitchen
3. Heating and Ventilation
4. Interior & exterior walls repair and painting
5. Interior & exterior lighting renew
