The Works Youth and Community Centre, Lostock Gralam – Replacement Roof and Storage Extension (006922)

This project is for a full roof replacement and the extension of the current storage area to create a purpose built storage unit. The new roof will result in a community centre that is watertight, warmer and able to be used in all types of weather. The new storage area will provide community user groups with storage facilities which are safe, dry and secure. It will also create more space in the building resulting in better access for users with mobility issues and enabling more community users to share the building.
