Thornbury Church

The Church has been closed since May 2007, when a substantial panel of lime plaster fell from the Church ceiling. A repair program has been developed for the affected area to enable safe re-opening of the Church. This involves securing white breathing roof felt to the existing rafters in the affected areas to prevent falls or deterioration of the ceiling plaster slabs.
