Three Trees Community Centre, Solihull – Refurbishment (40317/D/TP)

The grant aims to refurbish the toilets, corridor and end room of the community centre. This is a separate part of a wider refurbishment of the community rooms. It will involve some reconfiguring of the toilets and a complete refit (they are over 40 years old and have been well used!), including improvements to the disabled toilet. The corridor would be brought up to standard in terms of lighting and flooring and a new community room established by reconfiguring the end of the corridor and a rundown room. The works would include rewiring and installing energy efficient radiators. The grant will contribue towards the refurbishment of the community centre.
