Thurrock in Bloom – Replacement letter of 18th November

This community group is promoted by Thurrock Council to encourage the environmental enhancement of the borough. The group wish to provide a landscaped planting scheme around an athletic stadium which has also recently received LTCS grant (project 287167.034).
