Thwaite Mills Historic Wharf and Nature Trails

The project involves the development of the grounds around Thwaite Mills Watermill to include the re-instatement of the historic wharf area, installation of a replica of the original swing bridge hut, restoration of the well, erection of interpretation panels, creation of wildlife areas, new and improved pathways, seating areas, outdoor classrooms and the establishment of nature trails for all ages and abilities.
