Tickton Village Hall - External brick work repair

To remove and replace crumbling brickwork at Tickton Village Hall. Bricks will be replaced with similar engineering bricks, the damp course will be replaced, repointing will take place with lime-based mortar, areas around gullies will be cleaned and re-built where necessary, and a drain will be installed. These works include labour, materials and waste removal.They are critical for the maintenance of the building and to stop water ingress. Bricks above the damp course show signs of water damage indicating the damp course is deteriorating. When work is complete the hall will be able to continue to be operated in a safe condition for the benefit of a range of ursers. The hall is inclusive for all, ensuring community cohesion and social inclusion.
