Tilshead Village Hall Refurbishment phase2/3

After Phase 1 of the refurbishment project which was to fit replacement sash windows and repair the roof, Tilshead Village Hall needs damp-proofing to the walls and to the floor and a new vinyl floor laid, as well as new skirting boards and dado rails.
