Tiverton and District Scout HQ, Halberton – External Cladding Renewal and Insulation.

The District Scout HQ is a wooden building that has been on this site since 1962 and is in need of some refurbishment work. To date we have raised enough funds to replace the doors and windows, install new heating and hot water, install a toilet facility for the disabled and insulate the loft space.The external wooden cladding is rotten in some areas and needs to be replaced. At the same time, we wish to install insulation to maximise on the energy saving improvements already completed.
