To improve the visitor experience at the Amenity through the provision of two Minecraft Edu learning resources.

To improve the visitor experience by providing two innovative computer based learning packages, tailor made Minecraft Edu Biospheres. These will be available to members of the public visiting the Linklater Pavilion and will provide a means of interpreting the reserve and the local environment that appeals to all, but specifically to young people.

One learning package will focus on the local water cycle of the Lewes Biosphere Our local water cycle is different from most other parts of the UK, as we depend on underground water beneath the chalk downs rather than rivers or reservoirs on the surface. A virtual model of the local Biosphere will make the nature of our water real and uncover the hidden processes of where our water comes from and goes to.

We will also improve the visitor experience by providing a virtual model of the Railway Land Local Nature Reserve that will encourage visitors to think creatively about the reserve itself and explore the ecological phenomena that take place here.
