To provide the club with a new kitchen facility

To provide the club with a new kitchen facility, that will enable it to meet the growing demand from both members and other users of the facility. The current kitchen is built inside the club and removing this once the new kitchen is established will allow better access to the bar, allow direct access to the community room (allowing both the main club and community room to be used at the same time by different groups) and will allow for a larger club area.
