Todwick Recreation Ground, Sheffield – MUGA (006041)

The project objective is to reclaim a patch of land in one corner of the village recreation ground (land which is owned by the Todwick Parish Council and where a former cricket pavilion used to be sited) and to convert the site into a Multi-Use-Games area. (MUGA).

The MUGA will be marked out for a range of sports, including tennis, netball, 5-a-side football and cricket practice. In front of the fenced MUGA, the proposal is to install a Teqball table and 3 exercise machines. It is also intended to site a picnic table so that parents, as appropriate, can keep an eye on younger children playing in the MUGA.
