Toilets Refurbishment

RMCC is a community space, seen by the approx. 550 people using our premises each week as a high-quality welcoming and safe environment. However, our toilet suite, dating back to 1984, is aged with cracked tiling, leaking pipes (causing slippery flooring), staining and lack of mixer taps risking hot water scalds. This impacts our ability to ensure cleanliness, safety and hygiene for our users.

The aim of the project is to refurbish the toilet facilities following the existing layout of the male, female and the unisex toilets. To ensure the accessibility to all of our premises, provision will be made for accessibility for persons with a disability. There will also be baby changing facilities.
