Tolpuddle Village Hall – Refurbishment and Extension

Tolpuddle Village Hall floor joists have been confirmed as rotten and the heating and lighting systems are inadequate. A full review of the condition of the hall has identified many areas which require repair or upgrading in order that the hall may provide safe, comfortable facilities for use by the community.

Phase 1 refurbishment works will include, replacement of worn stone entrance steps, replacement external entrance porch, security and external lighting, re-siting of utility meters and re-wiring, replacement heating system, improved internal lighting system, replacement timber flooring, installation of hearing loop system.

Phase 2 works will see the construction of a new annex in order to provide toilet facilities and level acess to the hall for disabled users
