Topsham Recreation Ground revitalisation

To renovate Topsham Recreation Ground by removing outdated play equipment and replacing with new equipment for a range of fitness,play and leisure requirements. This part of the project will create a boat play structure to complement the existing slide on the rise of the recreation ground.
