Topsham Rugby Club – New Pavilion

Topsham RFC has grown rapidly in the past 5 years and there is a realisation that their changing rooms are completely inadequate both in terms of size and functionality.
Funding has been requested to build a new Clubhouse facility and to refurbish the current Clubhouse into new changing rooms.
