To construct a separate, well equipped training room to provide RYA approved courses to members and non members and also for Race briefings and instruction.

Provide training such as first aid, in connection with water based activities.

Build a training room to a good environmental standard with planning permission and quotations for construction already obtained.

To obtain a £50, 000.00 grant from LCF in order that we can proceed with the project at the end of the summer 2015 season, rather than delaying whilst we fundraise.

To host the charity, Sailability and seek to assist organisations for disabled sailors to use our facilities and utilise the hoist on our pontoon to enable easier access to boats
